Course display page: Customizable modular sections which can be rearranged or changed to display different content, modules have the ability to communicate data and interact with one another. Lessons Tree: Hierarchical display of lessons within the active course, displays the lesson title, status, date of completion, and test results
Video Display – Displays video for the current lesson Video Caption – Displays captioning for current video playing Recourses – Additional links that correspond with the current lesson. Notes – Place where a user can type in notes as he or she progresses through a course. The notes will be able to be emailed to the user based on the email address in his/her profile, and will also store this information in the user’s database profile. Video highlights or “nuggets” – Key points that change as the video progresses, with the functionality that when a user clicks on it, it appears in the “Notes” section along with the user’s notes.
Administration: Course Management – Admin can add/delete courses and material from the application in a straightforward, easy to understand manner. Student Management – Admin can add/delete students at will and see the status of all students. This will also be automated by the registration process. Admin Management – Admin can set permissions for people listed with administrative rights.
