Instructions:
                        You are required to plan and construct a database for a paint and wallpaper retailer, the
                         design specifications for this are attached.
                        You are required to keep a timesheet for all activity related to the project. This is to be
                         kept on a spreadsheet with appropriate totals
                        Documentation must be presented in an organised manner. Disorganised material may be
                         returned and a resit incurred.
                        A signed statement of authenticity is to accompany your project documentation.
                        Due dates are published with the course outline. Note that they are different for pass and
                         merit.
                        Your database is to be done and submitted in Access 2000.

Marking
For the project you are to produce
    1. The report summary sheet (attached) indicating which parts of the assessment you are submitting.
    2. A word processed document giving an executive summary (1/2 to 1 page)
    3. A printout of the entity relationship diagram
    4. A printout of the data dictionary for one table.
    5. A printout containing forms in your project
    6. A printout of any reports with an appropriate amount of test data.
    7. Originality affirmation
    8. A working database with forms and reports as indicated in the specifications
    9. For the database you are to include one additional feature (if you are attempting a pass this could be
        one of the Merit criteria).

Pass Completing stage one of the prototype, with required documentation.
Merit Completing stage one and two of the prototype, with required documentation.

                        5. A list of samples with customer id's and dates in and out.

                         customers.
                        8. A list of a customer's transactions for the year stating the opening and closing balance and
                         including customers with no transactions.
                        9. A button on the customer form that prints only their transactions.
