Chocolate Skotcheroos
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup light corn syrup
1 Cup peanut butter
6 Cups Rice Krispies
1 Cup chocolate chips
1 Cup butterscotch chips
Cook sugar and corn syrup in a 3 quart sauce pan over moderate heat until
mixture boils. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Mix in Rice Krispies.
Press into a buttered 9"x13" pan. Melt over hot (not boiling) water chocolate
and butterscotch chips, stir to blend. Spread over Rice Krispie mixture. Chill
about 5 minutes or until top is firm. Cut into bars.
Makes about 48 2"x1" bars.
