Main Purpose of the Role As the Corporate Learning Developer, you will be wearing many hats – everything from developing/enhancing our company-wide orientation program to designing innovative curriculum footprints and launching measurement strategies for corporate-wide and operational learning programs and interventions. Main Areas of Responsibility In a start-up environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in – so each day may be a little different. In general the job responsibilities include:
Learning Working closely with the Director of Corporate Learning, this position will be:
• Coordinating and managing all details with successfully launching Corporate Learning projects and initiatives. Some examples our company-wide orientation 2.0 and Leadership Development initiatives. • Developing new learning programs for front-line Team Mates and leaders from all departments and all levels within the organization. This requires collaboration with stakeholders, conducting needs assessments and diagnosis, research, program design, and creation of training materials. • Identifying and developing appropriate testing criteria and measurement strategies to support frontline job competencies. • Working closely with Guest Services, Inflight and Pilot Learning teams to develop facilitator guides, evaluation strategies, joint training opportunities and train-the-trainer sessions. • Refreshing current learning programs by revising curricula, incorporating multi-media elements, developing additional modules that go beyond the traditional classroom experience. • Synthesizing data and developing business cases and recommendations for learning and organizational effectiveness programs.
Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Partnering closely with the Director of Corporate Learning the Corporate Learning Developer will: • Help measure organizational effectiveness. • Develop and implement culture and OE initiatives to evolve and scale our culture as we grow. • Act as an internal consultant for organizational change management and OE initiatives and strategies. • Facilitate meetings and group discussions. Professional Experience Required • 5-7 years experience in HRD, OD, I/O Psychology • Applied experience with training metrics, databases, evaluation methodologies and career development • Previous adult learning curriculum development experience – can design highly interactive, motivating and instructionally sound information • Proven experience with project planning, execution and ongoing maintenance • Proven experience in needs assessments, solution development and implementation • Applied knowledge in 360 assessments, competency modelling and behavioral assessments • Technical knowledge in building/managing an LMS, and multi-media programs a plus

Professional Certifications and Education Required • Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred (Psychology, Organizational Development, Instructional Design) • Completion of statistics courseware
