AGENT MANUAL
OBJECTIVE:
Agent is to work as an independent contractor for Qanth Inc.
Agent is to sell Qanth products directly to
Pharmacies/Hospitals/Clinics/Laboratories
Agent is to solicit for customer orders from Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes patients to
incentivize Pharmacies to order diabetes products (Gluco-Track Testing Kit) from
Qanth.
INCENTIVE:
Agent does not spend any money to join Qanth.
Agent gets 10% commission of every sale to
Pharmacy/Hospital/Clinic/Laboratory.
Agent’s commission increases with increase in number of orders.
Agent gets paid within 72 hrs after product reaches the
Pharmacy/Hospital/Clinic/Laboratory.
Agent gets marketing tips and assistance on-line from Qanth consultants.
Agent is helped by National and Local Advertising.
PROCEDURE:
Agent is to give Qanth a valid email address and telephone number.
Agent is to give Qanth a Bank Account number for deposit only.
Agent is to make Business Cards using the Qanth name and logo as seen on Qanth
website.
Agent is to print out Product Manual for use in marketing Qanth products.
Agent should print out a list of their local Pharmacy/Hospital/Clinic/Laboratory
from Qanth.com.
Agent must meet with their local Pharmacy to establish retail price of Qanth
Gluco-Track Testing Kit to enable Agent to market them effectively.
Agent is to print out Order Form (Generic or Gluco-Track)from Qanth website.
Agent is to submit customer orders to Pharmacy using Qanth Gluco-Track
Order Form only.
In order to facilitate proper compensation, agent must complete all sections of the
Order Form (Generic and/or Gluco-Track) and must submit it on-line.
Tips to Succeed
Be Prepared
Make sure you have your marketing tools like Product Manual and Business Cards
with you when pitching a sale.
Be familiar with your local Pharmacies, Laboratories, Hospitals and Clinics (this
would establish a smooth and trustworthy relationship between you and them).
Sell your Gluco-Track Testing Kits to people that need them (find out about your
demographic and focus on reaching them).
Dress Appropriately
People judge you by your appearance and are willing to entertain your ideas
when they are impressed.
Be Aggressive but Courteous
The product you are selling is the cheapest and best in quality. Let the customers
know that at all cost.
Carry out monthly follow-ups with Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes customers as the
product needs monthly refills.
