Know the four indefinite pronouns that are always
plural.
Recognize indefinite pronouns that are singular.
Keep in mind the following:
o Don’t put two negatives in the same sentence.
o Most words take –er or –est for their
comparative and superlative form.
o THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS! Know these.
o Subjects are never in the prepositional phrase.
o Be familiar with homonyms, especially there,
their and they’re.
