Proven Solutions Restoration Contractor Version brings all of the power, ease of use and
industry integration that a complex restoration business requires. It allows business owners to
better manage and understand their critical financial information that exists in the day to day
operations. Job costs, billings, revenue and profit margin are now available at the touch of a key.
Features
• Ability to use either “Percentage of Completion” or “Accrual” as accounting methods.
• Job types are created with the gross margin calculation predetermined.
• Customers are created with the policy holder as a “ship to”.
• Customers are created for the “Reconstruction” jobs to expedite the deductible billings.
• Time sheet entries can be processed on a daily basis or as often as required.
• The system allows for multiple labor rates.
• Burden % calculations (globally or individually) are applied to all labor dollars at timesheet entry.
• Overhead % calculations are applied to all revenue billings at invoice posting.
• Labor costs are used to calculate overhead and update the job cost system.
• Time sheet entry allows for a separate phase for each WSIB rate.
• At the end of a pay period all labor hours and rates are passed to Payroll for processing net pays.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable are processed as normal with job cost allocation.

• Unique WIP Calculator provides gross margin calculations by job type for each job.
• WIP calculator wizard provides the creation of journal entries transferring information from the
balance sheet and allocating all costs and revenue to the income statement general ledger accounts.
• WIP Revenue report is the key owner’s tool for managing all open active jobs.
• AR Aged Report provides critical information, sorted by Insurance company and/or Adjustor and
includes detailed policy/claim and job number.
• AR Aged Report advanced feature tab allows for the report to be run by Estimator or P/M.
• Incentive Calculations are done using the WIP Closed Job Report.
