I have seen spirits and spoke with them since early childhood. Now that I am in my fifties, this gives me a lot of experience. At this
point in my life, I have accomplished a lot of things in the Spiritual Field. Not because I am naturally gifted, but because I refused to quit.
When I first tried to channel, I sat on my bed connecting to my spirit guide Miranda at the time. She was my mother in a past life and very heavy to
channel. The good thing about that was she took such tight control of my mouth, I couldn’t fight her much. I moved on to channeling Jeramie
when my frequency was high enough to channel him. I worked really hard to focus my attention elsewhere when I channeled b/c I was a conscious
channel for 3 years, before I had the guts to completely let go. Thank God, I have Jeramie in my life. He was my first real teacher and gave me
lessons in many things. I remember staring at a spot on the wall everyday for hours, trying to touch it. This was his method for ‘Astral Projection. If
eventually worked, but it took forever. I decided an easier way was just to fall asleep and tell my conscious mind to awaken when I leave my body. I
use that method to this day.
The point is unless you learned a skill in a past life, none of these mediums: channeling, astral projection, seeing energy, past life recall, etc., will
come easy, but they will come. Knock and the door will be opened. It never tells you how loud to knock. My advice is really knock loud and long
until someone opens the door.

Why Peru is the Perfect Place for Me to Live
As an author who also does public speaking and ceremonies, an astrologer
who works with people all over the world – and as a man in his
mid-60’s who wants to live in a healthy place -- I choose Pisac, Peru.
Two lines flank the town of Pisac, east of Cusco, below the middle of
this map. The green Chiron line favors better health, while the yellow
Sun line is great for creative work and partnerships, large-scale
projects and intellectual work, like book writing and publishing.
Three more lines are on or near the north coast: the blue Jupiter line is
for prosperity and also for publishing. The purple Uranus line that
crosses it makes this an exciting place where serendipities abound.
And the green Mercury line is for business and communications.
Why the US East Coast is The Mother Lode
Lines that are good for us in one place can favor us in other places too,
even in other countries and continents. My Peru lines certainly do.
As this eastern USA map shows, two of my north Peru lines run along
