These “concept” images were never intended for public display and distribution and are being used without authorization. The posting of these images is not authorized by Microsoft, its agent or the law, and such posting is an infringement of Microsoft’s copyright rights. Further, the author states, “I scored five pieces of the concept art and will be releasing them on a weekly basis for the next five weeks.” It is our position that all of the referenced concept art was never intended to be published and is a misappropriation of our intellectual property rights. Please ensure that steps are taken top avoid publication of these images.
