Applicants should enter data in this form after careful consideration of expected milestones and benchmarks. Cook County reserves the right to withdraw
any Grant/Loan award from any recipient that does not meet NSP Program goals and expectations outlined in the application. Therefore, any applicant that
submits any project for funding must immediately notify Cook County, if at any time, the applicant believes that modifications must be made to the
benchmark schedule. At that time, Cook County at its sole discretion, will decide if the modification is reasonable and feasible based on NSP time
constraints
