Practice Notes
* Each team will receive one (1) full hour of indoor practice per week.
* Net systems & balls will be provided, however players should also bring their own ball.
* Teams may have an opportunity for a 2nd practice contingent on gym availability.
* Each gym has two (2) volleyball courts.
* Two (2) teams may practice at the same time at each gym.
* Gym space is not available at either location on Thursdays or Fridays.

* Please respect other teams and start and complete your team's practice on time.
* Coaches are responsible for setting up the nets before their team's practice.

* No practices on MON 10/31 (Halloween)
* No practices on WED 11/23 (Thanksgiving)
