Business operates ________________________ and desires to utilize the CountryBear format and/or
specific song selections and business has retained CountryBear.com to supply the musical material.
It is acknowledged that music performance fees are due to BMI,ASCAP and SESAC. These fees are the
responsibility of the business and must be paid directly to the licensing companies. CountryBear.com will not supply
music to a business that does hot have these licensing agreements. The business acknowledges that they
are solely responsible for these fees under Copyright Laws. Proof of these licensing agreements may be required.
Business agrees that it will not sell any material received from CountryBear.com to a third party.
Any sales or use taxes are the sole responsibility of the business.
