Who can enter?
All sectors of the tourism industry are eligible to enter. Entrants must demonstrate proven
commitment to sustainable best practice.
Any accommodation providers wishing to enter must hold a valid quality assessment rating from
VisitBritain or the AA.

Please note that it is a requirement of entry that entrants agree to refund the cost of a mystery visit should
the entry be successful in being short listed and should a mystery visit be arranged. A mystery visit may
comprise an overnight stay, including relevant meals, for up to 2 guests. The visit will result in a full report
being given to the entrant. Receipt of your entry is taken as agreement to this requirement.

Supplementary folders, if sent, should be concise, no more than 1 inch thick and posted to

Please note that supplementary folders are voluntary and NOT essential.
All entrants will be advised of their accumulative judges’ scores and how these compare with maximum
scores in the category.
