Allocation of Quotas for Quantitative Methods
This allocation in part reflects the outlets particular strengths in quantitative methods training as well as the quality of its more general training provision. As you
may be aware the development of a stronger skills base in quatitative methods is a key Council priority. The Council does not necessarily expect all your ESRC
funded students to concentrate on the development of advanced quantitative skills. However, the earmarking of additional quota awards for quantitative skills
development should be reflected in student selection and subsequent training.
