Job Description
Drive formulation and implementation of trade marketing strategy that ensures trade plan execution in line with
brand objectives and also to ensure achievement of overall corporate objective
• Develop national trade marketing strategy and ensure preparation of effective implementation plan which
meets the company's market, brand, volume and Sales channel objectives by gaining the active support and
loyalty of Comapny customers in all retail trade and strategic channels.
• Ensure continuous exploration of emerging channels and formulate strategy to implement robust plan to
drive Company business there.
• Ensure that the Merchandising strategy is prepared and executed in line with Brand plans and space
management practices in order to maximize the awareness, visibility, standing and imagery of brands in the
priority trade channels within budget and on time.
• Constantly review the process and procedure in merchandising and monthly plan to enhance implementation
process of month and merchandising plan.
• Establish close working relationship with both brand and trade team to facilitate proper integration in cycle
plan and execution to meet company’s market, brand and volume objectives.
• Drive innovation in trade marketing work practices and approaches so that new ideas are encouraged and
captured to utilise full potential of trade marketing team.

- To audit & maintain merchandising

- Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty.
1. Identifying all channels in the responsible area, need to deep understanding about the market share of each
channel
2. Perform coverage of all key channels; number of stores visits and marketing support on those channels
3. Formulating Channel Strategy and action plan, relative importance factors, actions required to grow within
each channel including channel promotions with direction from Alternative Channel Manager.
4. Developing and growing all Channels including placing our products (both SIM card & SC) in key channels.
5. Working closely with distributors to developing promotion.
6. Pro-actively seek out new opportunities to enhance Beeline’s brand awareness and volume such as
penetration into other channels
7. Monitoring trade prices in the markets through all channels and regions
8. Working closely to update Competitor movements, timely report on any Competitors’ activities.
9. Handle other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of
the department and the Company

1. Developing and implementing channel strategies to achieve national sales target of the alternative energy
market.
2. Developing and managing demand creation and fulfilment, establishing channel partnerships and
implementing supply chain approach.
3. Build up alternative sales team with most efficiency and effectiveness, drive high result.
4. Initiative on developing and implementing multi-tiered campaign to support the channel strategy.
5. Developing and implementing training plans for educating the channel on Company's product offerings.
6. Work with RSMs to qualify new opportunities from lead generation activities, assist in the development of
formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
7. Participate in strategic meetings with cross-functional members in order to identify issues, client
requirements, processes, and timelines of final products to be delivered to customers/subscribers.

competitive customer solutions, as well as product strengths and weaknesses

1. Handle all tasks assigned under equipment warranty process based on the warranty policy.
2. Manage equipment stock for after sales services transaction properly; strictly follow the defined warranty
process.
3. Maintain the data concerning to the equipment within after sales service scope of works.
4. Directly handle/involve in good exchange process which defined in related policies, follow the process steps
and complete transaction on time.
5. Implementing the technical check upon required of the process for specific equipment.
6. Identify the problem, analysing and proactive provide the technical solution for any issues related to
Company’s customer equipment.
7. Closely coordinate with involved departments for problem solving within set SLA.
8. Making report as requested on time and accurate.
