Cathedral City of Norwich

Norwich is dominated by its magnificent Norman cathedral. We recommend the old town , the cathedral and the shopping. NR1 4EH

Playbarn

It is a fun-packed centre especially designed for children aged 7 and under. Indoor as well as outdoor play. Located in Poringland. NR14 7LP

High Ash Farm

TripAdvisor’s #1 attraction in Norfolk is just around the corner from us. It’s great for the family. Caistor St Edmund. NR14 8RD







Around 30 to 40 minutes away

Norfolk Broads

Wroxham is a 30 minute drive away. Beautiful walks, scenery and of course the waterways. Take out Lola and have some fun. NR12 8AJ

BeWILDerwood

The curious tree-house adventure park. A big favourite of ours. Near Wroxham (where Lola is moored). NR12 8JW

Go Ape

Tree top adventure course. Excellent for older children. Set in Britain’s largest lowland pine forest. Near Thetford. IP27 0AF

Dinosaur Adventure

Another big favourite. Our son, Harry, loves it here. A monster family day out! NR9 5JE

Banham Zoo

Awarded best large attraction by Tourism in Norfolk (2010). Owned by the same people as Dinosaur Adventure. NR16 2HE

Blickling Hall

This National Trust estate is a treasure trove of romantic buildings, beautiful and extensive gardens and a landscaped park. NR11 6NF

Oxburgh Hall

A National Trust 15th century moated manor house. A prestigious country house with stunning views. PE33 9PS

Suffolk Beaches

Southwold’s the popular one, along with Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape. Try lunch at The Swan, Southwold. IP18 6EG

North Norfolk Coast

Burnham Market and Holt for shopping and eating. Brancaster, Stiffkey and Moreston - the list is long. Try crabbing in Blakeney. NR25 7NE

Holkham Hall

On the North Norfolk coast. Beautiful estate and beach. Voted by Coast magazine as the ‘Best British Beach’. We love it here. NR23 1AB

Sandringham

The Queen’s Norfolk Retreat. The most famous stately home in Norfolk. PE35 6EH
