Isn't sending, contacting, emailing, ect.. the plaintiff violation of RO? I was forced to have MY 209A here in Mass. vacated because Lucille contacted my uncle , yelling at him about an ARREST WARRANT out fro her for VIOLATION of RO. Her contact to my uncle constituted a VIOLATION of my RO. Lucille filed a civil suit against me for her having to go to court because SHE violated RO. Lucille still thinks the court vacated both 209a orders, (one was Hubbard Hospitals RO) I DROPPED the charges because of my uncles health. She was tormenting him about calling me to have the RO vacated. He has a cardiac condition, so I did it FOR HIM! I am still in FEAR, I printed THREATS stating, her associates who never let me forget what I did to her. My atty. has it among other damning old emails from Lucille. She's not the ONLY one who keeps em.
