When people start to care about doing a job right.
Decisions are made based on what is needed to get the job done, rather than what is best for a managers career.
a job is done for pride in accomplishment not a paycheck

DIT Management ("MY" service provider), can provide me (I'm an ITT-10 Computer Technician - or "THEIR" client), with "DETAILED" answers to
"MY" problems, just as I give my clients now (PC-End Users).
People start working instead of passing everything & stop saying this is not in my classification. I feel alot of the people have no values of loyality or
care as long as they get their pay check.

When DIT upper administration gets on board with Director Takai's initiatives and get their sections to work together.
All units of the government work together to accomplish desired goals.

experienced workers are sought after and recognized for their wisdom rather than ignored.
The management be the true team leader. A respectful, responsible , honest leader will lead a respectful, responsible and honest work team. Tech
specialist is not necessarily a good team leader.

I see it in action! It is has to be put into practice. So far, I've seen very little of it as a whole.
