ABOUT THE STATE FFA CHORUS
• Students may only be selected for State Chorus or State Band.
• This application may be duplicated for distribution to FFA Advisors and applicants.
• No other applications will be accepted.
INSTRUCTIONS & DEADLINES
• Applications must be postmarked by March 15.
• Only typewritten applications will be accepted.

• Chapters will be notified around May 1.
STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE STATE FFA CHORUS
• If selected, you must attend all rehearsals and performances in Manhattan.
• The first practice is Tuesday morning of the convention week.
• All chorus members are required to stay through the closing convention session on
Friday.
• If there is a conflicting activity (such as a State Career Development Event), you
must get permission from the State Chorus Director by May 15.
• You are responsible for the cost of travel, lodging, and food.
WHAT THE STATE FFA CHORUS WILL PROVIDE
• Expenses for music and the Band/Chorus Reception.
