Volume 15, Issue 2 In this issue: Shootout Points Update, a word on slow play, Golf Course

2010 Management Update, and Tournament Results.

We have had bad luck with the weather for the first couple events this

season. Three straight events of being poured on was quite frustrating, and it Shootout Points

will be nice to not have to pack the rain suits and umbrellas for every event. (Through Chicago Points Tourney)

Other than the untimely rain, the course has been in fantastic shape this year.

I have heard many members say that it is the best they have ever seen it, and

many of the public golfers are saying the same thing and have given nothing

but compliments. To help keep the course in good shape, we are giving out 2. Dennis Falldin 533

been stolen, so we can not put them out for public play. Its really too bad 6. George Vagher 415

them out for our events, and it really gives the tee boxes a nice look.

We’ve had a lot of positive changes from our transition from Athletics 16. Dave McIntosh 330
