Homemade Herbal Skin Care Masks Recipes

Posted in Skin Care Recipes

There are some many skin care products to buy today,

I’m sure that many of us wonder how much money we have to spend to have

all products we need. That’s why today we are going to find out, how we can

achieve the same results: moisturize, regenerate, rejuvenate and improve our

skin’s color – we are going to use some herbs to prepare some great skin care

masks.

You can find herbal, vegetable and fruit masks in luxurious spa salons, why do

not go further and prepare some of them at home. Benefits are many, what I

like is: they do not contain preservatives, artificial dyes and aromas.

Our skin often tolerate them better than skin care products we buy, but it’s still

recommended to test them, to be sure that none of the ingredients cause any

irritation/redness or other problem. How to do it? Simply apply small portion

of the product to the inside of your wrist for several minutes, if it doesn’t cause

any problem, for example: redness, you can apply the mask on your face.

When & How Often

Evenings are the best for all kinds of skin care treatments, when our skin

perfectly absorbs all nourishing ingredients. It is important to carefully wash

off all your makeup and apply skin peel product, to get rid of dead skin cells.

Cleansed skin, will absorb all mask’s ingredients.

Spread the mask evenly over your face, neck and decolletage (avoid

application on areas around eyes!)

Wash the mask off after around 15 minutes with water, dry the skin and if

needed, apply skin care cream.

It’s not recommended to keep the left-overs of the mask for later use, because it

loses it’s properties.

To prepare the herbal mask you will need just few minutes, ingredients are

cheap, but used twice a week – improves the look of your skin, it helps to

cleanse your skin, soothe and brighten your complexion.
