Advance Registration for Optional Small Group Sessions
Physicians participating in the Main Lecture Series will take priority over those registering only for Small Group Sessions. Registration for all Small Group
Sessions is available online, on a first come first serve basis, and controlled by the online system inventory. Please note: Registrations received by the CME
Office by fax or mail will be filled by priority receipt from the same online system inventory. Space is limited — early registration online is advised as most Small
Group Sessions have sold out in previous years. Your Small Group selections will be itemized on the Purchase Receipt and MAINPRO-C Needs Assessments
will be forwarded electronically (or mailed if no email address is provided). The online registration will indicate the Small Group selections that are full. Please
email the CME Office and request to be placed on the waitlist. Registrations received by fax or mail will be automatically placed on the waitlist.
Physicians registering for only Small Group Sessions will be kept on a waitlist by priority receipt and advised approximately four to six weeks out if space
is still available, and will incur a $75 administration fee in addition to the Small Group Session fee. Please note: The online registration will not accept Small
Group Session only registrations. You must submit your registration to the CME Office by fax or mail.
