SHORT TENDER NOTICE
The Secretary Bihar School Examination Board , Patna invites sealed
tenders from the authorized dealers for supply of computer items with AMC
(Annual Maintenance Contract) for three ydars at Patna. Required items with
specification can be seen at board's website www.biharboard.bih.nic.in or can be
obtained from the office of the Deputy secretary (Computer) Bihar School
Examination Board. The last date of receipt of tender alongwith requisites is
13/05/2011 upto 3.00 PM. The downloaded tender documents can be used for
submission of tender. The tender should accompany an earnest money deposit
(EMDJ amounting to Rs.15,000/- fFifteen Thousand) only in form of Bank Draft
in favour of the "Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board" payable at Patna,
and must be attached with Attested true copies of valid STCC/VAT Clearance
Certificate, ITCC / PAN No. authorized dealer certificate. The successful tenderer
will be required to supply the ordered materials within Seven [07) days of issue of
the supply order. Failure to supply the materials within the stipulated date
may lead to cancellation of supply order and forfeiture of earnest money
deposited with the Board. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all
tenders without assigning any reason there of.
