The undersigned agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations as established by NLPOA
for the 2011 Institute & Convention to be held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, June 2011. Fur-
ther, the undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions written on this Agreement, or
any subsequent changes made to this agreement and assume personal responsibility for
payments of fess and associated with this agreement.
To make arrangements for additional set ups needs as well as shipping and receiving,

We understand that the Convention Chair reserves the right to establish whatever rules
may be required to guarantee the safety and appearance of the summit event. All deci-
sions made by Hector Ramos, NLPOA Convention Chair are final.
