2. Escorting the Bridal Entourage.

4. Toast to be raised by the Toast Master.
5. Reply to the Toast by Groom
6. Bridal March.
7. First Dance followed by set of 3 slow nos.
8. Short Break for starters.
9. Bride to be escorted for Saddo (Incase of Manglorians only)

11. Commercial Dance Session.
12. Bride dressed in traditional saddo is escorted by groom to garland her with the mangalsutra/ Garlanding the

13. Grace before meals.
14. Buffet open to one & all.
15. Masala Dance Session.
16. Tossing the bouquet/garter.
17. Chairing the Bridal Couple.

Some valuable suggestions for a efficient & hassle free reception.
1.) Organize your roce / umbra cha pani 2 days prior to the reception, to avoid fatigue.
2.) Reach the church 30 mins prior to the nuptials & get your group photos as you & the makeup is fresh & saves
time as well as the photos in twilight wont have the same effect that you would get earlier.
3.) Make a note that parents & immediate family members & relevant people reach the venue before the couple.
4.) Toast master can be anyone (preferably some1 who has raised the toast b4) who knows both or either of the
couple but must have an extremely good command over English at the same time must not have stage fear.
5.) The Toast Master (some1 who knows both or either of the two must have stage confidence) has to strictly
reach the venue 30mins prior to the commencement of the reception & has only 3mins to raise the toast.
6.) Get the confetti’s organized from the decorator who’s in charge of center piece.

7.) Strictly avoid snow & spray cans as it makes a major mess, unless you have level headed people to do the job.
8.) Champagne will be popped after cutting the cake by Best Man. Additional celebrations coinciding; birthday
& anniversary cakes to be organized in case you wish to acknowledge a family member, friend or a relative.
9.) Reply to the toast from the groom has to be short & sweet. It’s highly advised to avoid acknowledging people
by names to avoid hitting sentimental chords in case you miss out on some 1 equally special.
10.) Organize all payments top Dj, Cater, Decorator, Emcee, Wedding car, Photographer etc…in envelops with
the names of the people concerned & delegate the job to a responsible person.
11.) Last but not the least, please dance & enjoy your reception than worry about your guests coz it’s a once in a
lifetime affair for the two of you.
