1. Provide additional concrete sidewalk; remove and replace asphalt
patch as indicated in CCA 9/8/01-2. (PR #68) $ 2,560.00
2. Remove two center beams below skylight in Commons as indicated
in CCA 9/8/01-4. (PR #70) $ 903.00
3. Remove abandoned drywell at new flagpole location as indicated in
CCA 9/8/01-5. (PR #71). $ 372.00
4. Provide threshold at Door 405A as indicated in CCA 9/24/01-1 (PR #78). $ 85.00
5. Install 1-hour rated gypsum board ceiling system in rooms Biology 210,
Workroom 212, and Lab 214 as directed in CCA 3/6/01-1.
Provide one additional smoke/fire damper at 36x24 return air in
Biology 210. (PR #53) $ 15,143.00
6. Relocate parking lot light standard in rear lot as directed in
CCA 7/25/01-2. (PR #58) $ 691.00
7. Remove and replace asphalt at NW corner of Gymnasium damaged
