                                                Brian Hopkins, president of SOAR with representatives from Fourth Presbyterian
                                                Church who received the SOAR Pillars of the Community Award. Representatives of
                                                the church were Elder Jeanne Bishop, Reverend Calum MacLeod and his wife Missy.
                                                SOAR thanks Fourth Church for all of your continuing contributions to the community.
