from the office of the undersigned on payment of Tender Fee (Non-Refundable) on 28-03-2007 on
production of PEC Certificate and Call Deposit in the name of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engg:
(LGD), Mirpurkhas.
The tender will be received back and opened on 29-03-2007 @ 1.00 P.M in presence of
the contractor or their authorized agents.
Other terms and conditions can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any
working day during the office hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.
2. The tender without Call Deposit will not be entertained.
3. The Plan, design and estimates of the works and contract documents can be
seen in the office of the undersigned.
4. The tenders will be opened on the next working day, if the undersigned is out
of Head Quarter.
5. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons thereof.
6. If any tender is un-responded the same will be issued on 04-04-2007 and opened
the same day @ 2.00 P.M, as per same terms and conditios.
