IF YOU ignore all the off-the-field distractions over
season tickets, owners, badges etc, the single
biggest complaint about Queens Park Rangers
this season has been the lack of a threatening
    goal scorer.

                                                               Anyone want a job?
Perhaps it is all the more surprising, then, that
we have dispatched top scorer Dexter Blackstock
to Nottingham Forest. Initially on loan, his
departure is expected to become permanent this
    summer.
Much has been said about this move, however
for this month’s article I want to look at the other
end of the pitch and focus on
    something a little bit positive.
If scoring goals has been a problem then
perhaps we should be even more thankful of the
efforts between the sticks of Radek Cerny.
Much maligned at the start of the campaign,
he is ending the season as one of our more
    successful keepers, statistically speaking at
    least.
We have had some disappointing results lately
