The exhibitors must guarantee that there are no violations of intellectual property laws regarding their
exhibited products and the packaging, promotion materials, and/or any other exhibited items. Otherwise, the
Booth organizers have the right to temporarily confiscate any exhibited items that are involved in the violation and take
Information further measures such as to cancel the exhibitors’ qualification for attending the Fair. The exhibitors also promise
to afford any expenses and/or losses of the organizers caused by the exhibitors in case of the organizers being
accused of violating the intellectual property laws.
1.The standard booth (3m×3m) is carpeted inside, with three side walls, one table, two chairs, basic lighting, one
220v power socket, and a booth panel with the company name. Extra rental charges are to be afforded will be levied by
the exhibitor if other/special facilities or services are needed for rent or (ie. a particular water and/or electricity supply)
are required for the exhibition space or for installation.
2. Special booths include only the venue and are offered without any facilities. Extra rental charges will be levied
by the exhibitor if any facilities are needed such as carpet, spot light, electricity, tables and chairs. Upon registration for
exhibition preparation, the exhibitor also needs to pay a 10 Yuan per square meter construction management fee and
50 Yuan per square meter as a construction security deposit. The construction security deposit will be returned to the
exhibitor without interest after the exhibition booth has closed and passed the acceptance inspection of the organizer.

Note: 1. The above data/registration table is valid as a contract between the exhibitor and the or
ganizer. The exhibitor should pay 100% of the total rental charges within 10 days after signing t
he Exhibition Participation Contract. If exhibitors fail to pay any charges as required, the organizi
ng committee has the right to cancel their booth reservation. 2. The organizing committee reser
ves the right to make final adjustments to the booths for the sake of the integrated effect of the
whole Fair. 3. The organizers have the right to cancel exhibitors’ participation qualifications wit
hout returning their payment if they are found to have engaged in renting or selling their booths
to other parties. 4. The Facsimile of this table shall also be effective.
