Some valuable suggestions for an efficient & hassle free reception.
1.) The entourage shall comprise of The jubilant Couple, Their Best man & Bridesmaid who were part of their
wedding & family.
2.) Make a note that parents & immediate family members & relevant people reach the venue before the couple.
3.) Toast master can be anyone (Ideally either son or daughter or both. Must have stage confidence) who knows
both or either of the couple but must have an extremely good command over English at the same time must
not have stage fear.
4.) The Toast Master has to strictly reach the venue 30mins prior to the commencement of the reception & has
only 3mins to raise the toast.
5.) Get the confetti’s organized from the decorator who’s in charge of center piece.
6.) Strictly avoid snow & spray cans as it makes a major mess, unless you have level headed people to do the job.
7.) Champagne will be popped after cutting the cake by Best Man. Additional celebrations coinciding; birthday
& anniversary cakes to be organized in case you wish to acknowledge a family member, friend or a relative

8.) Reply to the toast from the groom has to be short & sweet. It’s highly advised to avoid acknowledging people
by names to avoid hitting sentimental chords in case you miss out on some 1 equally special.
9.) Kindly organize 4 gifts for the games & 12 gifts for spot prizes.
10.) Organize all payments top Dj, Cater, Decorator, Emcee, Photographer etc…in envelops with
the names of the people concerned & delegate the job to a responsible person.
11.) Last but not the least, please dance & enjoy your reception than worry about your guest’s coz it’s a special
