Basilico Negroni Bianco

2 oz Svedka Clementine 1.5oz Leopold Gin

1 oz Lillet Blanc 1 oz Lillet Blanc

3 oz orange juice .75 oz Dolan Blanc Vermouth

5 basil leaves Shake, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass

Build in a high ball. Muddle basil. Add ice and all Garnish: grapefruit twist

ingridients over ice. Stir and serve. Top with soda

Garnish: spanked basil leaf Ninth Ward

1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon

Credo Manhattann .75 oz Falernum

2 oz Makers Mark bourbon .75 oz lime juice

.5 oz Carpano Antica .5 oz St. Germain

.5 oz Nocello walnut liquer 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

3 dashes orange bitters Shake, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass

Stir with ice and serve in cocktail glass Garnish: lime wheel

Garnish: brandied cherry

Sardinian Sour

Corpse Reviver # 2 1 oz Mirto Rouge

.75 oz Plymouth Gin 1 oz Pisco

.75 oz Cointreau 1 egg white

.75 oz Lillet Blanc 1 dash orange bitters

.75 oz lemon juice 1 oz lemon juice

Rinse of Absinthe Shake and strain into 9 oz wine glass

Shake, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass

Garnish: brandied cherry Sicilian

1.25 oz Amaro Nonino

Fiore de Limone .5 oz Tres Agaves Anejo

1.5oz vodka (42 below or well) 1.5 oz Sicilian juice

1 oz St. Germain (ratio 1pineapple :2 orange : 2 lemon :4

.5 oz lemon juice pomegranate)

.25 oz Limoncello Shake, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass

Shaken and served in a martini glass

Garnish: long lemon twist Single Village Fix

1.5 oz Mezcal

La Rossa 1.5 oz pineapple gum syrup

2 oz Hendrick's Gin .75 oz lime juice

1 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur Shake and strain into 9 oz wine glass

2-3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters Spritz

Shake, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass 1 oz aperol

Garnish: brandied cherry 4 oz prosecco

Splash of soda

Negroni Build in a champagne flute

1 1/4 oz Gin, Garnish: lemon twist spiraling length of the flute

3/4 oz Carpana Antica

3/4 oz Campari Sazerac

Shake, strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass 2.5 oz Wild Turkey Rye

Garnish: orange twist 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Rinse of absinthe

Stir ingredients over ice, strain and serve in a

chilled cocktail glass

Garnish: orange twist

Summer Sazerac

2 oz Wild Turkey Rye

1 oz R&W Apricot Liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Herbsainte rinse

Stir with ice and serve in a cocktail glass

Garnish: orange twist



Villa de Central

2 oz Leblon Cachaca

.75oz orange juice

.5oz lemon juice

.5oz pineapple gum syrup

4 roasted jalapeño slices

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. SHAKE

HARD. Strain over ice through the mesh strainer

into a 7oz Rocks glass



Zenzero

2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon

1 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liquer

.5 oz lemon juice

Small handful of ginger

Topped with soda

Shake all ingredients strain over ice in a 9 oz rocks

glass and splash with soda

Garnish: lemon wedge
