Allie
-Run report of the month-Congratulations to Nate Perry
-Kettering v. MVH-MVH is our home hospital and unless the pt asks to go to Kettering (asking them if
they want to go to Kettering does not count)we should be taking them to MVH as per protocol.
-Protocol testing- January 26 @ 5pm & 27 @ 8pm. If you would like to study over break, the books will
be in your mailbox at the house before break
-Promotions-Congratulations to Joey Granite on becoming a 2nd. Congratulations to Megan Falter on
becoming a Crew Chief.
-Carnival game for COC and sign up email will be sent out-let Allie know if you are interested in helping
out with COC

the last CC meeting-if there are questions or concerns let Allie or another CC know
Lauren
-Class members cards/books to CC’s-turn in your books and copies of ohio cards, CPR, license and any
other copies that you have not already turned in to your CC and have them sign off by your name
-ITLS paperwork-If you have already taken ITLS turn in your paperwork if you haven’t done so already. If
you are just now taking it then turn in your paperwork when you get it to Lauren
Kathleen
-Run reports-make sure that all the boxes are filled in that need to be. Pay attention that what you are
putting in the nature of call box is what you were actually dispatched to. When putting calls in the
computer make sure that the hospital box is filled out-if it’s a refusal then choose refusal, if not choose
the hospital.
-Cot hook-there is a new cot hook on the floor of the ambulance which catches a black bar on the back
of the cot when we are unloading pts. If there are any problems or questions ask your CC or Kathleen
for help.
-Winter-take extra precautions when driving in the cold weather. Make sure to leave extra room and
use extra caution when going lights & sirens to/from call/hospital. Be aware of the garage door as there
are some problems occurring with the opener and it not working sometimes. Also make sure to close
the house door when leaving.
Anna
-Glucometer- is currently broken because the wrong test strips were ordered. The new ones will be here
ASAP but until then if you have to use the glucometer don’t trust the reading.
Ali
-Schedules due Dec 17 by 1800-If they are not turned in by then, you will not be scheduled for January.
-COC and finals sign ups-the sign-up sheets are posted at the house. If you have not signed up yet please
do so. If you have already done so thank you. Also if you have already signed up and can take another
shift please do so as well.
