 Changes in Section 1: Reclassification

 TAS must be entered with 2 digits for the fiscal year when

entered on-line.

 No change to bulk file



 Transfer accounts must be entered with a hype between

the Department Transfer and Department Regular when

entered on-line.



 Sub account symbol can be entered in different variations

but will only be displayed back as one digit after the

decimal.



For Example:

20 17 2009/2011 001



Entered as: 20-1709/11.01 or 20-1709/11.001 or 20-1709/11.1

Displayed in CTA as: 20-1709/11.1

 Copies only the accounts from the selected

accounting period

 Can add or delete rows after transactions are copied
