Dear Mrs. Rodriguez: The purpose of this letter is to comply with several of the Ordered Provisions contained in the referenced Administrative Order. Complying with the Ordered Provision No.3, it is hereby confirmed that as of the date of the Administrative Order, there is no discharge of pollutants to waters of the United States without the implementation of erosion control measures at its property located at Playa Sardinas Ward in Culebra, Puerto Rico. We clarify that stormwater runoffs can not be avoided, but rather they go through centro! measures Clt the ;=lroporty. In addition. and complying with Ordered Provision No. 6 of the Administrative Order. there are no clearing, grading and/or excavation activities undertaken at the mentioned property as of the date of its receipt However. and in further compliance with the Order the exempted works for maintenance and environmental protection will be implemented. In compliance with the Ordered Provision No.1, I certify under penalty of law that this document was prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gathered and evaluated the information herein submitted.
