The Festival of Trees is fast approaching once again and now is the time to arrange for your
school or group to attend the 2010 Festival. This letter is to welcome your group to book a

5 . The theme for the 26th Festival of Trees is “Sparkle”. This year’s Festival promises to

There will be many activities which your group can participate in throughout the Festival.

Sue Hobson Please note that we do not provide guided tours or buses, but rooms will be available where
your group can leave belongings such as boots or jackets. The Festival does not take
responsibility for belongings left on the site. There will be no telephone registrations
By booking admission as a group, you receive a special discount; please see the attached
group ticket entrance fee list for a breakdown of costs. Coupons for children’s activities can
also be pre-purchased at a fee of 50 cents per coupon. The breakdown of the number of
coupons needed for each activity is provided in the following pages.
I recommend that you return your booking forms early to ensure your preferred date and
time. Once your booking sheet has been received, confirmation and further
