By signing this agreement, I hereby confirm I am purchasing either a fully assembled duck house
or a set of duck house plans strictly for my own use. I will not use either the fully assembled duck
house or the set of duck house plans to enter into any competing business or venture with The
Hobbs Floating Duck House. Nor will I make copies, give or sell my set of plans to any other
individual or business.
