The VAST Atlantic Company Inc. (TVAC) founded November 1999 by Charles C. Malloy,

Chief Strategist, operates as a strategic services consultancy to the ICT sector globally.

Beinn Bhreagh Telecom Company Limited Halifax, NS. President

B.B.T. has served as the holding company for a number of Telecom / Internet related

ventures Mpowered International Sales Group and ACTEL. BBT consulted in the fields

of Network design - Website and web commerce development and the delivery of a

variety of integral telecom services to clients. White label ATM market leader and digital

media consulting



1993-1995



Tagcom Inc. / Mediapro Communications Inc., Halifax, NS Director of Sales & Operations,

Relocated from Toronto to Atlantic Canada and established the Company in October 1993 as a

founding partner. Oversaw and was responsible for the complete development of the

telecommunications infrastructure of the group opened seven offices nationally in CRTC

designated competitive provinces. Controlled the sales function of the Unitel (AT&T Canada)

Agency, Tagcom attained status as fourth largest Unitel (AT&T Canada) agency nationally for

commercial client acquisition under the management of sales systems implemented



1990-1993



Tell Canada Telecommunications Group Limited. Toronto, Ont. Group Manager &

Operations Director

Tell Canada was the 8th largest Telecommunications Services reseller in Canada when it

was taken over by Call Net March 1,1993. Created sales and marketing materials

including a "Customer Service User Guide". Developed and managed national sales

qualification program with 85% return ratio. Project manager on Canada’s first

competitive LD service offering for consumers
