TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All entrants must be over the age of 18 (eighteen), be UK residents and work within the travel trade industry. Employees of
UBM (including TTG), the promoter Tourism Queensland (and all prize partners), their agents or anyone professionally
connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition. Entry into the promotion is
deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants must complete the competition entry form to be valid
for entry.
Competition commences midday Thursday 22 September 2011 and closes midday Friday 23 December 2011. The prize
will be drawn and winners notified by Friday 13 January 2012.
The winners will be the individuals, who accumulate the most points for the duration of competition. All winners will need
to respond within 72 hours to accept the prize, or the individual with the next most points will be chosen in their place.
Attempts will be made to notify the winners by the email address provided at the time of entry. If the promoter, having
used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner (within the 72 hour time period of first notification), then the prize
will be forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted (as detailed). All prizes will be distributed once the competition has
closed.

Quicksilver Great Barrier Reef day trip (every agent who enters into the quiz will receive a day trip - All trips have
to be redeemed by 30 June 2012)
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. All prizes are subject to availability, with the promoter and all prize
partners included in the competition, to take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused or suffered
by the prize winner/s or their guests/s due to the unavailability of any components to the prize.
The entries will be judged by an independent judge. The judge's decision is final, and should the prize winner be unable to
accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected
and notified. The prize draw will be governed by English Law and the promoter’s decision is final. The promoter reserves
the right to make changes to the above dates & duration without penalty. The promoter reserves the right to verify the
validity of entries and the promoter’s decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to
change any condition of this competition, without notice. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any
part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary
value. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Tourism
Queensland (nor any prize partners, or any other person or party associated with this promotion) shall be liable for any loss
or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered but liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, is not excluded.
By entering this competition you agree to allow future communications from the promoter, its partners and syndicated
channels. You may however unsubscribe at any time from an individual partner's communications. Tourism Queensland,
UBM (TTG) and all prize partners will collect participants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion. Please refer to all prize
