Senior Web Designer – £25,000-£30-000 pa plus excellent benefits

This is pivotal role in which you will be fully responsible for the layout, visual
appearance and usability of our websites, ensuring that brand continuity is
maintained and that the quality of creative output is consistently high.

and grow with the business.
Scope of work
Design web sites ensuring that they are visually effective and easy to access
Design drafts/concepts of the website for client approval or modification
Update and modify websites as required
Write web pages in a combination of codes such as hypertext mark-up
language (HTML), JavaScript, CSS, Flash.
Design/build newsletters, emails and other electronic documents
Test web sites for functionality in different browsers, at different resolutions
and across different platforms.
The successful candidate
Essential
A strong portfolio displaying user-centered design
A strong conceptual approach to designing bespoke websites
Ability to code and understand HTML
A strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, JavaScript and
Flash
An in-depth knowledge of current web-design trends, SEO and application
techniques
A flexible and dedicated attitude with proven experience of working within a
team, as well as independently
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Software Knowledge/Experience
Photoshop (CS2/CS3/CS4)
Illustrator (CS2/CS3/CS4)
Dreamweaver (MX and upwards)
Flash (8 and upwards)
Any 3D experience is a plus
