Poznan, Gdansk, Lodz and Katowice). The reports contain an expert summary of the situation in the housing construction market in each particular city

and its districts (descriptions, graphs, tables, maps), including:





Overall offer’s volume on the primary housing market according to district/city in last four quarters,

Apartments sold-out indicator according to district/city,

Databases provide an availability of a rapid definition of direct competition for each project both in terms of location as well as a similarity of individual
