                Speech/Language Screenings (June 2004), with the assistance of students, I
                conducted four (June 21, 22, 24) screening/informational sessions for senior adults at
                Unity Adult Daycare and Faulkner County Senior Citizen Center.
                Types, treatment & tips for working with adults who have communication disorders.
                (2003) 2-hour continuing education presentation made to professionals (nurses, SLPs,
                Physical Therapists, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists). This 2-hour
                presentation was made on 2 occasions: 7-03-03 at Trillum Park Retirement Center in
                Conway and 11-07-03 at Wildwood Retirement Center in Russellville.
                Spring 2002. Mind Games: Brain Exercises for Successful Aging, provided twenty-
                seven at-risk seniors in our community with an opportunity to learn more about
                memory, word-finding, and aging successfully.

      Clinical Supervisor, UT Hearing and Speech Center. Supervised 20 clinical hours weekly.
      Case load included supervision of graduate clinicians who were assigned to preschool,
      school-age, and adult clients presenting with phonological, language, and motor speech
      disorders.

Bayshore Medical Center, Pasadena, TX. May 1993 to April 1994.
St. Michael Rehabilitation Hospital, Texarkana, TX. April 1994 to July 1995.
       Provided rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient services. Services included evaluation and
       remediation for adults who had a variety of communication disorders, including aphasia,
       motor speech disorders, cognitive-communicative disorders, and dysphagia.
