YMCA Skate Park Policies
Skate Park Entrance Procedures
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Skaters must wear safety gear at ALL times consisting of: elbow pads, knee pads,
helmet and T-Shirt.
Skaters must have a signed North Branch YMCA Hold Harmless/Emergency Contact
Form on file. (17 and under must have it signed in person by a parent or legal guardian)
Skaters must bring form of ID show proof of monthly usage membership or receipt to
show a day fee has been paid.
Skate Park Policies
The Skate Park is designed for skateboards and in-line skates only.
Skaters must keep their shirts on at all times.
No spectators inside of the park.
Skating is allowed only in the Skate Park, and persons found skating in the parking lot,
sidewalks or on YMCA property will lose their Skate Park privileges.
In the event of a serious accident, all skaters will be cleared from the park.
All safety gear is required to skate (helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads).
No alcohol or tobacco products of any kind are allowed on YMCA property.
No skating is allowed in any part of the Skate Park that is marked off with orange cones.
No profanity or reckless behavior is tolerated. You can and will be asked to leave the
skate park at once.
There are no exceptions to these rules! Failure to abide by these rules may result
in the termination of your membership, and/or your Skate Park privileges.
