p53-responsive EGFP reporter construct carrying 13 p53 DNA binding motifs in front of
a minimal c-fos promoter and the EGFP coding sequence. EGFP was derived from the
plasmid pEGFP-C1 from BD Bioscience. The construct carries the neomycin/kanamycin
resistance gene.
