REMISSION DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH ALCOHOLISM

In examining patients with long-term (more than three years) remission by the massive statistical
sample method (data for five years) the boundary psychic disorders, which were divided into
hypochondrical, absessive - phobic, paranoiac and asthenic variants, are revealed in 150 pаtients.
Thus remission is a part of alcohol system, remission changes of a person are the result of
premorbid and situation factors. In prolonged remission the role of situation factors decreases,
personal deviations prevail, which in patients with alcoholism have common "remission"
peculiarities manifesting themselves in enhancing inhibitory character features.
