I. Organizational Background
Emergency Foundation For Miserable is a Cambodian non-government organization r that
created during 2005 years in the period Cambodian are facing with dry resource and water
flood. After rescued of people that suffering by water flood and dry resource already in the
during 2006 years EFFM has changed direction to help miserable people of which live in
poorest condition and need urgent assistance such as Children collect garbage, poorest old
people live alone without family and poorest communities.
II. Vision
EFFM's vision is making better in the situation of living with vulnerable group - children and
olds without residence.
III. Mission
1- Help children collected garbage has studied at publish school.
2- Give food and Emergency rescue to old poor that without resident
3- Give service of health care of Poor communities.
