Pellissippi Parkway. It’s beautifully
decorated, warm and cozy, and you’ll

Montage Salon is owned and operated by two partners.
Sandi Bledsoe is a color specialist who has been in the hair
design business in Knoxville for more than 23 years. She has
traveled the country training with experts, and she has truly
learned from the best. Her partner, Stephanie Hardesty,
works the business side of the salon. After working in corpo-
rate America, Stephanie and her family moved to Knoxville
several years ago. Stephanie was a client of Sandi’s and even-
