New Standard Form Agreement for Architect Programming Services
On November 3, AIA Contract Documents released the latest version of the AIA Contract Documents
software. With this release, the AIA added a new document to its existing suite of architect’s scope of
services documents. The new document, B202-2009, Standard Form of Architect’s Services: Programming
fills the need for a scope of services document for programming. This release will include two other
documents: C191–2009, Standard Form Multi-Party Agreement for Integrated Project Delivery and the
B108-2009, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Federally-Funded or
Federally-Insured Project.
