I have 14 years experience in accounts and commercial operations with M/s
Nediyara Extrusions Pvt. LTd., Cochin, Kerala, India. They are the
manufactures and distributors of well known PVC pipes in Kerala, India.

Accountant (Fulltime): Graint Indesign L.L.C (Authorized interior designer of
Qatar Airways), Doha, Qatar (10/06/2008 to date)

Job Responsibilities:
        Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting
         and accounting control procedures.

        Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll, invoices, and
         other accounting documents.

        Develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems
         and manual filing systems.

        Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental
         management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary
         recommendations, and other administrative actions.

        Day to day accounting operations.

             Preparation of Invoices, Delivery notes, reminders for receivables
            Timely deposit of cash and check in the bank.
            Weekly sales reconciliation, bank accounts reconciliation including
              credit card transactions.
               Preparation of daily Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all
              supporting documents with proper approval.
               Checking and verifying Payroll and Staff related payments and
            Following up Accounts Receivables and preparation of ageing
               Arranging timely payments against purchase bills, rent, electricity,
              telephone etc.
        Calculation of Staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of
         personnel depart for calculation of staff benefits.

        Developing new reports based on the needs of management
        Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost
