4 Any manner of dress, hair style, make up, or personal cleanliness, that
5 constitutes a threat to the safety, health, welfare, or morals of the student
6 or others; that violates any statute; that interferes with the education
7 process, or that school officials can reasonably predict will interfere with
8 the education p r o c e s s ; o r that causes or may cause excessive
9 maintenance problems in the school, may be grounds for corrective or
10 disciplinary action. The superintendent or designee may institute specific
11 dress code regulations in any school consistent with board policy.
